Exercise4Everyone.com was created out of an obsession for exercise and its ability to change a person’s life. My name is Joshua Windland and I am speaking from experience. I enjoy all sorts of physically challenging activities and engage in them on a regular basis.
Growing up I spent hours at play and remained in relatively great shape until I decided to quit doing any physical activity at all. This was not a conscious choice, I just got lazy and got caught up in life; going out with friends, work, relationships, etc. The price for doing this was I got really fat and out of shape. I noticed that my clothes didn’t fit that well anymore, and the new clothes that I was buying were not as small as they once were. People said this was normal, but I didn’t like it. I wasn’t very pleased with what I saw in the mirror.

When I decided that I have had enough of being overweight and out of shape, my life changed. I lost 70 pounds in six months by changing my diet (not by going on one) and engaging in lots of physical activity. I changed my lifestyle for the long-term and have managed to stay at my ideal weight while getting in even better shape. I regularly engage in triathlons and a variety cross training activities.

I have achieved this and I believe anyone can with the right mindset and direction. This is why this website was created. Exercise4Everyone.com is a place that anyone can come and use as a guide to help them put together the right exercise plan, nutrition, and activities to achieve their goals.
